BM Abogados is a law firm that corporately operates as JBPM Legal Services, S.C. (“BMA”), a civil corporation legally incorporated and existing under the Mexican Laws, whose registered office and tax address is located at Av. Acueducto N° 2100, Piso 2-C, Col. Colinas de San Javier, C.P. 44660, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and which is registered for tax purposes in Mexico before the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) with the Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC) JLS200205MD3.

BMA hereby makes available to you the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) that govern the use of this Official Website (the “Website”).

BMA encourages you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as your use and browsing on the Website indicates your express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

BMA reserves the right to: (i) Suspend, modify, alter or update, at any time and without prior notice, whether for technical, security, control, maintenance, power failure or any other cause, the information, content or access to the Website; and (ii) Suspend, modify or update, at any time, the Terms and Conditions of the Website.

1. General Notes.

1.1. The Website is primarily intended to provide the public with general information about BMA and its services, legal notices of general interest, and other similar information.

1.2. All content, information, and material available on the Website is the property of BMA and/or any of its holding companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or companies or entities belonging to the same corporate group, or of third parties whose rights BMA recognizes; therefore, the content of the Website is subject to intellectual property rights protected by applicable law. The use of all or part of the content of the Website that is subject to intellectual property rights for any purpose whatsoever, including storage, reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, or alteration, is strictly prohibited.

1.3. BMA authorizes the use of the Website solely for personal and non-commercial use; accordingly, the user of the Website warrants to BMA that it will not use the Website for the purpose of committing any unlawful act, or any act prohibited by the Terms and Conditions described herein.

1.4. By using or browsing the Website, you: (i) Agree to use the Website diligently and properly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; (ii) Agree to comply with applicable law regarding the use of the Website; (iii) Will be liable for any damages or injury that BMA may suffer, directly or indirectly, as a result of your failure to comply with any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions or applicable law; (iv) Release BMA harmless in advance from any and all liability for any damages you may suffer as a result of your use of the Website and expressly waive any legal action you may bring against BMA arising out of any controversy or dispute between you and BMA with respect to the Website; (v) Will be responsible for and assume all costs of maintenance, repair, or correction that may be necessary in the event of any loss or damage suffered by you or BMA due to your use of the Website, and you will be responsible for reimbursing BMA for any expenses or disbursements incurred by BMA in connection therewith, including reasonable legal fees.

2.1. The content, information, and material displayed on the Website is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as legal advice on any matter.

2.2. The decision to use, browse, or consult the Website is entirely voluntary and BMA shall not be liable for any misuse of the information or comments contained in the Website.

2.3. Accordingly, BMA does not endorse and is not responsible for any third-party content that may be accessed through this Website and is not responsible for the legality, truthfulness, accuracy, decency, or any other aspect that may cause offense to users of the websites or pages included on the Website.

2.7. BMA does not warrant or assume any liability whatsoever for damages suffered by the user who accesses the Website from other connections, links, or sites of third parties.

2.8. BMA assumes no liability whatsoever for damages suffered by the user accessing the Website with respect to the presence of viruses, malware, or other harmful elements that may be found on the Website and that may cause damage, harm, breakdowns, or alterations in the user’s equipment or operating systems, as well as in its files, documents, or storage systems.

3. Cookies Policy.

3.1. Cookies (“Cookies”) are text files containing small amounts of information that may be downloaded to a device when a user visits a website.
